On Sunday, May 23rd from 11am – 5pm, Drupon Rinpoche will continue Drong Ngur’s teaching series on The King of Aspiration Prayers with a full day of in-depth explanation on this precious prayer. In the afternoon session, we will also recite In Praise of the Twelve Deeds of the Buddha by Arya Nagarjuna.
Then on Wednesday, May 26th @ 7pm, Saga Dawa Duchen, Drupon Rinpoche and Virginia Blum will lead an evening of Buddha Shakyamuni Sadhana Practice.
Saga Dawa Duchen is a very special Buddhist holiday held on the 15th day of the Tibetan lunar calendar that marks the enlightenment and parinirvana of Buddha Shakyamuni. This year it falls on Wednesday, May 26th. On this day karmic actions are multiplied ten million times, so practice is emphasized.
Please join us for these very special events!
