What is the accomplishment of charity? Herein a householder dwells at home with heart free from the stain of avarice, devoted to charity, open-handed, delighting in generosity, attending to the needy, delighting in the distribution of alms. This is called the accomplishment of charity.
~ Buddha Shakyamuni
Donations
Just as in the time of the Buddha himself 2,500 years ago, the continuation of the precious Dharma relies on the generosity and charity of the Sangha.
Following the tradition of early Buddhism, our registration system is donation based rather than charging fixed fees. This practice follows the ancient principle of dana (generosity), which is central to Buddhist spiritual development.
Your contribution:
Supports our teachers and translators
Helps maintain our facilities and programs
Allows us to continue offering Dharma events
Becomes a vast accumulation of merit that assists in your own progress on the path
We welcome whatever amount feels right for your circumstances. Every donation is deeply appreciated and helps sustain our community.
